Shipping Policy
Our company aims to provide the most reliable delivery service to our customers.
Orders are confirmed, prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from order placements. The operating hours of our Logistic Team is Monday to Saturday, between 8 am and 5 pm. processes orders Monday to Saturday, excluding National Holidays.
We can deliver nationwide, with shipping completely free!

Refund Policy
We want you to be happy. To protect your rights, we strongly suggest filming a video while opening the parcels for documentary purposes. In the unfortunate case of damage and/or missing product, please contact us and send us the video via email: oswell.inform@gmail.com, and we will help you out!
However, we will only accept returns for damaged and faulty goods that are NOT opened - this is due to health protection and/or hygiene rules. Concerns with products are only processed within 30 days from the received date.
